The rates relate to occupancy with a maximum of 4 people per night additionally electricity and water costs depending on consumption. Max. 5 people. For additional person, the basic rate for the apartment increases by EUR 5.00.
On arrival, we would ask you to furnish a deposit of EUR 150.00 and we will charge you EUR 29.00 for final cleaning on departure.
