The Mahmutlar district of town is located approximately 10km to the east of the holiday paradise. Let yourself be carried away on the one hand by nearly 5km of seemingly endless beach and by the wonderful view of the fascinating backdrop of the Taurus mountain range on the other hand as well as by the entrancing landscape with palm trees, banana plantations and oleander. Fresh fruit and vegetables are available at the weekly market, which is worth a visit. Numerous shops for going shopping and for your daily needs, restaurants, cafés and bars adorn the appearance of the town.
The building is just a few minutes on foot from the centre of Mahmutlar and only approximately 100m from the sea.
There are connections to Alanya by taxi or Dolmus (a typically Turkish small bus with 4 to 30 seats).
