The building was only finished at the start of 2010. In the wonderful and modern new building with a lift, you will find ten holiday flats each of which has approximately 100sqm of total floor space. The reception is located on the ground floor for overall servicing of our guests.

The property is located just a few steps from the attractive beach and is approximately 10-15 minutes on foot from the town centre. Alanya’s centre can easily be reached in approximately 10 minutes with the Dolmus (a typically Turkish small bus with 4 to 30 seats).

The apartments

Each holiday flat consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a window. Each flat has a spacious balcony (with a fireplace and balcony furniture). In addition, the bedrooms have a separate French balcony.

The bright and very well-designed flats are furnished in a modern way with a modern open kitchen with built-in furniture units, a spacious dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, crockery etc.

The large living room is equipped with modern furniture, up-to-date consumer electronic devices (television set with German satellite programme).

One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds with side tables and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has a double bed with side tables, a wardrobe and a dressing table.

The bathrooms are equipped with large glass shower cubicles.

All the flats have air conditioning and high-quality floor tiles throughout the flats. The balconies are covered with natural flagstones.

Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are provided.
